The short version
WP Multitool is commercial, proprietary software. When you buy a plan, you buy the right to use the plugin on a set number of sites — not the plugin itself, and not the right to pass it on. This page is the end-user license agreement (EULA) that comes with every purchase.
Grant of license
Buying a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WP Multitool on the number of sites your plan allows:
- Lite — $9 one-time
- Pro — $79/year — one site
- Pro Annual — $199/year — unlimited sites
- Pro Lifetime — $499 one-time — unlimited sites
You may use it on your own sites or on client sites you manage, as long as you stay within your plan's site allowance.
Updates & support
Updates and support are included while your license is active — for subscription plans, while you stay subscribed; for Lifetime, on an ongoing basis. If a license lapses, the version you already have installed keeps working. It simply stops receiving updates and support.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the plugin or its source code.
- Remove or bypass the licensing or branding.
- Use one license across more sites than your plan allows.
Ownership
Marcin Dudek retains all rights, title, and intellectual property in WP Multitool. Your license gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, invoicing, and tax. Every plan comes with a money-back guarantee — the details live in the refund policy.
Termination
This license ends if you breach its terms, or when a purchase is refunded. Per the refund policy, a refund deactivates the license — the site stops receiving updates, but the version already installed keeps working.
Warranty & liability
WP Multitool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law.
