The 30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid WP Multitool plan comes with a money-back guarantee — 30 days on most plans, and 14 days on the Pro (single-site) plan. Buy it, install it, run it against your site. If it does not earn its keep, ask for a refund within your plan's window from the purchase date and you get your money back in full. No questions asked.
This covers the first purchase of any paid plan:
- Lite — $9 one-time — 30-day window
- Pro — $79/year, single site — 14-day window
- Pro Annual — $199/year, unlimited sites — 30-day window
- Pro Lifetime — $499 one-time, unlimited sites — 30-day window
Your window runs from the date of your purchase — 30 days on most plans, 14 days on Pro (single-site). Request a refund any time inside it.
What is not covered
The guarantee applies to first purchases only. It does not cover renewals or upgrades.
- Renewals are not refundable under this guarantee. The yearly plans (Pro and Pro Annual) auto-renew. You can cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Once a renewal has gone through, it is not refundable under this policy.
- Upgrades are not covered. If you move from one plan to another, that upgrade payment falls outside the first-purchase guarantee window.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. You keep access for the rest of the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email support@wpmultitool.com within your refund window — 14 days for Pro (single-site), 30 days for every other plan — from your purchase. Tell us the email address you bought with. That is all we need. You do not have to explain why.
What happens when we refund you
When a refund is issued:
- Your WP Multitool license is deactivated, so the site stops receiving plugin updates.
- The version already installed keeps working. It is simply no longer licensed, so it will not pull new updates.
- If you were on a subscription plan, auto-renew is cancelled so you are not charged again.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the checkout, invoicing, and tax. When we approve a refund, Polar issues it back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. That right still applies to you in addition to our voluntary guarantee. On most plans the voluntary 30-day guarantee is broader than the statutory 14 days; on the Pro (single-site) plan the voluntary window matches it at 14 days. Either way, your statutory rights are not affected.
